Stormwater Treatment, Storage & Discharge
• Royal Oak Golf Couse was designed and permitted in early 1960’s
which pre-dates most of the current regulations for treatment,
storage and discharge.
• Redevelopment will upgrade water treatment, storage and disposal systems
to comply with today’s standards which have improved dramatically over the
past 60 years!
• Golf Courses by nature are designed to hold water and keep the
ground water table high to use that water for course irrigation.
• New lakes will be built to increase storage
• Littorals will be built to improve treatment
• New infrastructure will be built to improve discharge
• All existing and proposed lakes are owned by the property owner & regulated
by the Water Management District.
