• Site used as Landfill (dump)
• No knowledge of a landfill or dump which would have received household waste, trash &
debris.
• It is very common for Golf Courses to have a landscape clippings area that could have
been misconstrued as a landfill or referred to by employees as the ‘dump.’
• Forever Chemicals
• Agent Orange was not used at Royal Oaks, Agent Orange was banned in the 70’s and
would not have been used at a Golf Course prior to that.
• We do acknowledge the historic use of herbicides and pesticides that contain hazardous
‘forever chemicals’ will require remediation.
