Titusville City Council “Stands With The Cows!”

“This was the day our City Council really stepped up and supported our citizens…”
If you live in the Royal Oak area of Titusville, Florida… OR ANYWHERE in Titusville… February 10, 2026 is a date all of you will want to mark in your calendars as a day to celebrate! This was the day our City Council really stepped up to the plate and truly represented the interest of our citizens over the interests of out of town developers who simply wanted to prostitute our community at the expense of people who in some cases have lived here for decades!

February 10, 2026 | The Next Big City Council Meeting

At this meeting the City Council is set to vote on changing the land use to allow rezoning of the golf course property — a plan that threatens to destroy the character, safety, and peace of our community. WE NEED YOU ALL TO BE THERE, WEARING A RED SHIRT. Having a strong community presence does make a difference. Be early as it takes time to sign in. You do not need to speak but if you wish to, you will have 3 minutes.

I Stand With The Cows…

At the Kolter presentation on January 8, 2026 we were told that if we didn’t accept the current Kolter proposal then the consequences would be much worse… including agriculture! Go ahead and flip through the pages below! We’ll help you visualize those “consequences”

The Attack on Single Family Housing

by Richard Hagar, SRA “There are changes afoot that lenders and appraisers should be aware of due to the impact on lending and the value of residential properties. However, these changes don’t seem to align with the type of properties Americans desire to live in. Allow me to look back at history before I explain […]
