KOLTER HAS SUBMITTED A PLAN SO NOW IS THE TIME WE MUST ACT!
At the meeting we will be discussing our strategy for disputing Kolter’s new plan of 551 “TINY” homes and how we as citizens can object to housing so radically different that all the surrounding residences!
We’ve been working behind the scenes over the last few months to come up with some meaningful ideas and we look forward to your input as well!
We’ll look forward to seeing everyone there…
6:00pm – April 28, 2025 at the Royal Oak Ministries facility!

Both Royal Oak Community Alliance (ROCA) and the Royal Oak Neighbors LLC (RON) are united in their opposition to the Kolter plan and we want to jointly provide:
(A) an update on the plan and
(B) identify what YOU can do to prevent this development.
Part A: We will present all the known information regarding:
A description of the site plans submitted by Kolter Group to the City of Titusville on April 3/25 requesting rezoning the golf course to high density residential
- Dates of upcoming scheduled Planning and Zoning meetings and City Council meetings as well as information on when it is likely Kolter will be presenting their plans.
- Information on the demolitions plans of clubhouse buildings
- An opportunity to view large maps so you can see how your home will be impacted by this plan.
- Up to date description of our plans to oppose this development.
Part B: What the citizens of Royal Oak can do:
- Be informed. Understand how the plan will impact your residence and the community
- Get your neighbors involved. Create a texting chain where each member texts 5-10 friends with the information on how they can get involved.
- Attend city meetings (Planning and Zoning as well as City Council) to show your opposition to this plan. You can speak if you wish but you do not have to. We really need large numbers of people to be there to show how strongly the community opposes this development.
- Donate: fighting is not free! We need to raise $15,000 to have professional services assist us in opposing the developer’s plan. Without this, the developers can bring in all their experts and describe in great details why their plan is the greatest thing since sliced bread, and all the citizens get is 3 minutes to voice an objection. We need to show the city why our objections matter. Donating is easy and can be done by check, cash, or electronically. We will appreciate any amount you can afford to give. Consider how much you will lose in the value of your home if this plan goes through. Many of us will lose well over $100,000 in property value if the city approves the plan. Compared to that loss, a donation of $100 would be a small price to pay. Skip a meal out and give that money to the cause. Don’t regret not doing all you can now while you still have the chance.

Be ready to take action and protect our community!
We look forward to seeing you on April 28th.
