SOMETIMES THE SYSTEM WORKS!
“This was the day our City Council really stepped up and supported our citizens…”
If you live in the Royal Oak area of Titusville, Florida… OR ANYWHERE in Titusville… February 10, 2026 is a date all of you will want to mark in your calendars as a day to celebrate! This was the day our City Council really stepped up to the plate and truly represented the interest of our citizens over the interests of out of town developers who simply wanted to prostitute our community at the expense of people who in some cases have lived here for decades!
“We wish we could thank everyone individually… OUR NEIGHBORS were just absolutely AMAZING”
It was quite a night! Resident’s all came together… took significant time out of their evening… even on a school night for some… to tell our local government just how they felt and expressed their concern for the community! We wish we could thank everyone individually… OUR NEIGHBORS were just absolutely AMAZING!
“The Talent, The Imaginative Thinking, The Dedication and The Sacrifices These People Made Is Nothing Short Of Outstanding!”
As we listened to all the various speeches presented by the citizens to the council, The entire audience just couldn’t help but be so proud of every singe person… they were so well spoken… the subjects we so well researched… and the commitment was so strong that it was simply beyond every expectation we could have had.
We’re sure that Toulon and Kolter Homes both have a place in Florida… but Titusville has made it CRYSTAL CLEAR that their ideas about how our community should be shaped have no place here. Virtually no one wants this type of development… AND IT SHOWS!
Virtually no one wants this type of development… AND IT SHOWS!
THANK YOU! Each and every person who attended, each and every person who spoke, thank you City Council... your support for our community is second to none!

February 10, 2026 | The Next Big City Council Meeting
At this meeting the City Council is set to vote on changing the land use to allow rezoning of the golf course property — a plan that threatens to destroy the character, safety, and peace of our community. WE NEED YOU ALL TO BE THERE, WEARING A RED SHIRT. Having a strong community presence does make a difference. Be early as it takes time to sign in. You do not need to speak but if you wish to, you will have 3 minutes.

WOW – We are so proud of our Royal Oak Community for showing up at the Planning & Zoning meeting January 21! The latest count is approximately 130 Royal Oak residents – the downstairs lobby overflow area was full!! Your presence made a HUGE difference.

Vickie & Kathleen Appear on Brevard News!
Vickie & Kathleen appeared on Brevard News to explain the position of local residents and why we oppose the overdevelopment of Royal Oak.
The implications of what Kolter is trying to do reaches far beyond just the Royal Oak area. This could be anywhere in Titusville! And at the end of the day… after the developer has made all the sales… and they have walked away with millions in profits… all the rest of us will be left to pick up the pieces of the destruction, problems and issues they’ve left behind.
